Mon-Thurs* 8:30am – 5:00pm
Fri* – 8:30am – 3:00pm
Sat-Sun – Office Closed, Online Orders Only
Delivery Information
Mon-Thurs*: All orders before 2pm of ‘in stock’ products will be delivered the next day before 6 pm.
Fri*: All orders before 1 pm of ‘in stock’ products will be delivered the following Monday before 6 pm.
Sat-Sun: Online orders of ‘in stock’ products will be processed on the following Monday for next day delivery.
*Excluding Bank Holidays
Delivery charges are varied based on weight, with a minimum charge of £6.50 for any orders below £50 before VAT.
Products ‘out of stock’ are subject to supplier lead times, please contact [email protected] for updates.
Returns Information
Returns of faulty or damaged goods accepted for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase – please include order number and invoice details when returning any items.
Return of items ordered in error or for any other reason – we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
